Camping in or near Lyons

Pretty desperate for a place to stay in Lyons. Pretty sure I'm going to be camping for a few days at least. Does anybody know of areas that you could get away setting up a tent?

I realize the floods hit them hard and most legal places to camp are shut down. I'm looking for anything whether it's backcountry or established grounds. I heard you could camp at the fairgrounds at one point, is this still possible? Any info is great, thanks.

Carter Lake north of town has tent camping.

you're the one who said "I heard you can camp at the fairgrounds...is this still possible" I also told you to look at the nearby state parks.... again take some initiative
