Rumney accommodations with a 2 year old?

Any thoughts on the best place to stay? Looked at D-acres and Common Cafe but it is hard to tell from their websites. Anyone know how these places will be with a little one?

Don't know much about the Common Cafe other than as a functioning B&B it is likely pricey, and that their cafe is the best place ever for a quick breakfast before hitting the crag.

D Acres is awesome. They will cook you great food, the accomodations are cozy and reasonably priced, particularly with group rates, and it is overall just a very welcoming atmosphere. It's a little further from the crag. I believe they are fine with children, though that was my experience from a year or two ago. I'd check before booking.
