The sort by L -> R feature of the app is jumbled and doesn't work well. Is there a way we can start fixing this as a user population, or that it can be fixed to work?

It is a trick designed by the advertisers. The confusion created opens pathways for the advertising to infiltrate your consciousness. You need a new swim suite, especially one with a built in chastity guard. Click now.

Christopher, can you give me an example (the area you're looking at that's jumbled)? I'd like to know if it's a bug, or if someone has sorted it wrong.

Sometime this winter, users will be able to start fixing this type of data, but in the mean time, it would be great if you emailed the admin for the area (Kristine Hoffmann will be happy to help) with the correct order.

Thanks

I'd like to be able to know what area I am in when it's a new place. If I don't know the name of a zone it's almost impossible to find out. Any ideas or help?

When an area has no option to sort left to right, (Mt Thorodin in Golden Gate Canyon in Golden, CO is like this, iirc), does that mean the data is not present?

Should we email an admin if we go out there and figure out how the routes are sorted left to right? It is there another way to add this data to the route db?

I was thinking of not a pic but more of hiking stile map. "Left or right and what area am I now in"
Just a thought

Nick, sorry I missed your reply, life got hectic! In that instance, I was thinking of Mission Gorge in San Diego. If you aren't familiar, it's a pile of cliff bands, in a mostly left to right organization. The beta for the area is remarkably confusing, including the touted guidebook. When looking at a climb, and I know what that one specific climb is, but none of the rest, it'd be really nice to know that the next one down the list of climbs on the MP App is the next climb to the right.

We are working on this for the release of the app, probably a month away. Not all routes are sorted though - around 75% I think.

Well I'll wait and see what you guys have in store. Continuing improvement is good for everyone. Nice work.
