Looking to Learn Ice

I recently left my job to focus on developing as an alpine climber. I am headed out to Colorado to explore Rocky Mountain Ice. I will be in Ouray by December 4th and I will continue my journey from there. I have never placed a screw or swung an axe which means I have a lot to learn in this realm. Fortunately, I have an open schedule and a passion to learn from someone. If you are interested in mentoring a new climbing partner with a solid background in rock or if you have any advice on where to start then please send me a PM.

Hey Forest, Scott here. Apex Mountain School in Vail provides all levels of ice courses, and works to suit clients needing to phase into higher levels more quickly. Hope this helps. Be safe.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
