Looking for a Trad mentor

Looking for a trad mentor in in Northern California. I have been climbing on and off for the last 6 years and much more frequently over the last 2 years.

I climb mostly outdoor sport and some short multi-pitch sport. I recently took an into to trad climbing seminar and want to continue perfecting the skills I learned.

I am looking for someone who will let me follow some trad routes to see what good placements look like and then work with me on some easy routes and provide feedback on my placements.

As I'm sure everyone says when looking for a partner on MP, I am a confident and safe lead belayer. I would be more than happy to do some gym sessions prior to any outdoor climbing to ensure confidence in my belaying skills.

I don't have the means to hire a guide as I only recently started my professional career, but I can compensate in the form of transportation to the crag, carrying all the gear, paying entrance fees, food, beer, and/or maybe some small monetary compensation.

Let me know if you're interested in passing on your knowledge to a very motivated climber.
