This is interesting to me. I've seen it the other way around: it can be beneficial to do a power workout followed by strength (campus/limit bouldering followed by hangboard). The thought here is that you fully recruit the muscles in the power phase and then strengthen that fully-recruited muscle. Do you know what the background is for doing it the other way around?
