My buddy and I are heading to Rumney this weekend and need to pick up a guidebook, is the Falcon Guides Rock Climbing New England pretty good as far as covering Rumney or would people recommend picking up Ward Smith's guidebook?

Wards book or the ipad/iphone app based on Wards book which is my preference.

If you can get a copy of Ward's book, do it. They're becoming hard to find. Most places are sold out.
