Bear Grylls. 2nd Corinthians 4:16,17 Death Metal.... as was previously mentioned Letting my kids hop on a give it a go Explaining to someone else how to 'hangboard' sorting out the kit... really like this one talking about climbing with someone else about 11:00 everyday I feel like training, so on my days off I try to be near the wall, weights, or board.
Your prob just burnt out from trying to force yourself into more training and maybe the run of the mill climbing....When's the last time you had a climbing project???
Try taking a couple weeks off....drink some beer, kick back and do other things in life.
When you start gettin the itch again, jump back into it, ready to go.
I just got started training and climbing again after about 2 mnths off(tweeked one of my fingers). Now it feels like when i first started climbing again....i'm like "when we goin climbin!"...."Fuck..lets climb!"...."dude, you wanna climb today!?!?!?"

a good cold bottle of HST supported and backed Flying Dog beer is my goal each and every climb.

When I am 110% focused this works but more often than not another person is preferable. Two people can spur each other on. *don't actually put on spurs and start flailing*
