Hi there, I am on a climbing road trip that end in J-Tree on Nov. 1 where I am taking my AMGA RIC course and am looking for climbing partners. I was just going to go straight to RR, but with the shutdown I am now reconsidering my options. I am currently in SLC, but am thinking of going to the creek/ basically anywhere where I can camp and climb everyday :)

I am mostly a trad climber, but can pull down on some face climbs as well. I like long multi-pitch as well as cragging, and am trying to break into the 11+ grade on gear. I don't care what level you are at as long as you are having fun, but being able to at least follow 5.10 would be pretty awesome. My phone number is 802-498-8390, and my email is bokonon46@gmail.com. Hit me up!

I'm sitting in Creek Pasture as I type this and it just downpoured last night. The only people climbing Friday will be assholes ruining the rock for everyone else, or those climbing Annuki or whatever that overhung 12 is called.

I'm considering climbing elsewhere. Anywhere from Paradise Forks or possibly Snow Canyon SP if someone has the local beta on that place.

Snow Canyon is pretty well-covered on MP. You could pick up the Southwest Utah climbing book (Goss) at the Desert Rat in Saint George.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
