Tube sock? Are you sure it's not stuck in the leg of your fresh pants?
(That could be why the ladies keep looking down, instead of looking you in the eyes!)

I saw one sticking out of a cat hole last week. I thought about posting it in the lost and found threads but I figured who ever "lost it" doesn't really want it back. If you forgot where you left it I'll PM you the GPS coordinates

Booty.

I think I found it. Tell me what kind and markings and you can pay for shipping. Glad I could help.

Oh, and tell me whether it was a left or right sock.

I bootied your sock. Send me a six pack of beer and I will send it back to you. And by the way, I don't think that rapping off of a knotted sock wedged in a constriction counts as safe bail gear....what do you think this is, the Elbsandstein? God, noobs these days.

I don't get it.
Why would any self-respecting walker post here begging for help getting back a sock that they lost through their own negligence, folly, or inexperience?
I say if someone comes along actually capable of using the dryer correctly (or of looking in the lint trap) - the sock is theirs for the taking.

Glad you got a happy ending.

In the future, you might want to microchip your socks.

I've taken pics of all my socks, for insurance claim proof of loss. Can't hurt to know your stuff.

You can't be too safe. Great idea, Woodchuck.

I'm going to sew all my pairs of socks together so I never lose an individual sock.

we had 'idiot mittens' tied together when we were kids, so why not our socks. They actually do sell some device to connect them ion pairs when tossed in the laundry. No more runaways, or static cling hiding out on the roof of the dryer.

You might want to wash it...

I don't think I want that sock back anymore after that......not good, not good.

That is a truly disgusting photo. It has much shock value. Or should I say "sock value"?
