nomic mods

looking for some pictures i have seen somewhere here or on NEice of putting X-all mtn blades on Nomic tools

plz help

The mod only works on older model of Cassin picks, not the new ones (X-All, X-Dream).

What about the old cascade blades for the old style quarks, would they work ( with added bolt holes )

The bolt holes already line up, what is missing is the large carabiner hole.

If i remember correctly, you also need to cut off the bottom corner of the Cascade pick. Also, you need to drill pick weights and carabiner hole. I personally did that and don't think it's worth the effort. I filed down the current ice pick. It's not as good as the old Cascade pick, but enough that I don't bother with modified old picks anymore.
