Eldo Trail Clean-up Day Sat, 9/21

I realize it's on one of the flood threads, but it deserves its own. They're looking for 25 volunteers Sat from 8am to noon. Come show your love for Eldo. Please RSVP to the event. For those non-FBers we can work something out with Mike.

The event is full at the moment. The park staff is asking people to keep their RSVPs up to date, so please check back later this week.

There was a great turnout yesterday for the first community post-flood trail maintenance day. The trails were repaired for Wind Tower, Hawk Eagle, Redgarden, and Streamside. Thanks to all who attended and to the BCC for the tasty post-work BBQ.

A lot more work to do still and I encourage to lend a hand. The sooner the trails are back in shape the sooner we get to climb. Contact Mike McHugh, Eldo trail maintenance lead, to get on the volunteer mailing list.
