I love photography and really want to get deeper into combining photography with my climbing. Unfortunately I don't want to spend the money on proper gear, so I do my best with point and shoots, and/or an iPhone I keep in a zipper pouch on my chalk bag. I wanna say all of these ones I shot with an iPhone. Can't remember the name of the climb I took this from the top of in the Red. The global village area I wanna say. My climbing partner's wife pulling the 5.8 variation of the jump traverse on the Durrance Route I shot this facing east-ish during just around sunset on the summit of Devil's Tower Same thing only facing more westward. I'm so happy I caught this shot. I wanted to stay and take more but we left our headlamps in the car, so time was of the essence. I'm just glad I caught this one. |

I didn't win the R&I photo contest or pony up the cash to attend the photo camp, but this one made the Photo Annual issue. I'm pretty excited at how it turned out. |

Here's a couple shot of a climber of the Rim of the World Hwy, near Lake Arrowhead, Ca. There is also aerial footage from my Remote control hexacopter with a mounted Gopro on my youtube channel. |
