Nuttal Short Cut Slammed with No Trespassing Signs

Just a heads up to everyone climbing at the New River Gorge... The common shortcut to get into Honeymoon Ladders generally known as the Nuttal cutoff has been plastered with No Trespassing signs and Violators Will Be Prosecuted signs on both ends of the trail. Do what you want, but know that your actions could jeopardize climber relations with the Park Service and private land owners, along with, get you prosecuted for trespassing. Not really worth it to save 15 minutes in my book.

Those signs have been there for years...unless there are new ones. I agree, not really worth the small time savings.

They are definitely new ones. Plastered all over both sides of the trail.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
