Is it too hot to climb in Arkansas in late August? Im traveling threw and wondering about access and the heat.

No just get an alpine start and you will be fine, or late evening. Maybe climb by headlamp at night. Have cold beer for the day.

This summer has been pretty mild, almost any time is a good time to climb. If you like crowds go to hcr, if you like a little more solitude check out sams throne, cave creek. Great places not as crowded

If its crowded hit the west side. I never see anyone over there

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
