elbow range of motion issues plus numb hands

ive noticed over the years that i have lost full extension on my left elbow. i'm about 5-10 degrees shy. i've just chalked it up to 25 years of climbing and accepted it. but lately i've noticed that i may be losing range of motion when i close my elbow as well. on top of that, i'm getting numb hands a lot when i sleep or nap.
my assumption is that it's classic arthritis. any thoughts anyone? any ideas on how to regain full range of motion or prevent the numbness? i'm 43, climb 3 or so times a week, and yes when i boulder/try hard i definitely notice more numbness throughout the night. elbows don't appear to be swelling, and no pain to speak of fortunately.
i'd love some insight. thanks!
ps- i dislocated the other elbow so have permanently lost some extension there, but closing that joint doesn't give me issues. so yea i've got the worst ape index of any tall skinny guy you know!

Bone spur? Go see a doctor.

I would recommend seeing an orthopedist for medical advice, rather than the Internet.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
