Hey all,

Planning a trip to Ruth Lake and was wondering if anyone would be willing to email me some pages of a climbing guide for the area. I have been looking to buy a guide book, but I'm sure you are all aware how difficult that is nowadays.

If you have a guide and would be willing to help out, please PM me.

Thank you!

I think I've been looking to buy an old book. What book would you recommend/which one did you buy?

Thanks!

Micah,

We were there beginning of July and REI was out of stock. IME had no stock either but some useful beta. The buzz was no new printing and guidebook author was focused on some other project areas.

Guess you are down to printing out info from the internet.

We ended up going anyway. Met some other climbers and had a good time. Thought the ratings might be a tiny bit sandbagged, but we are soft and used to Red Rocks easy numbers.

Thanks for all the replies. I was looking for Uinta Rock, but can only find it for over $100 as it is out of print. REI shows out of stock.

Seems like I'll stick to Mtn Project :)

Uinta Rock sold out early this spring. There will be a 2nd edition for 2014. If anyone has updated info, new crags, let me know. info (at) pullpublishing.com Thanks, Nikki Smith P.S. You can still (as of Aug 7) find a few new copies at Ken Sanders books in Salt Lake as well as online from Rock & Ice.
