Oregon Coast Trail Info Needed

The girlfriend and I are heading to Portland for a week vacation and we'd like to do an overnight backpacking trip on the Oregon Coast Trail. Along the way we'd like to find a quiet, secluded primitive camping spot along a beach to spend the night (not an established campground with pay sites). Has anyone hiked this trail that can offer information on if/where there are good spots like this to camp? We haven't decided on a section of trail to hike yet; any advice there would also be appreciated. We're looking to hike 2 days (up to 20 miles per day) with the 1 overnight. |
