"Talked with the rangers on Saturday for quite a while. Seems it isn't climbers causing the problem at all, but swimmers who frequent the blue hole. They explained how one weekend when parking filled at the bottom parking folks started parking up the mountain and then walking back down to the curve to get in. Apparently they were walking 20-30 at a time and blocking a large portion of the road, making it extremely dangerous for all involved. He promised to do what he could to get the parking back open for climbers after swimming season."
