Is it still a redpoint if you place gear between bolts

Also, in many areas where there is still or used to be some bolting ethic, only the parts of the route that aren't protectable by trad gear have been bolted so they are supposed to combine bolts and pro.

so relieved that the senate passed the new bill on sweeping redpoint reform. hopefully the house republicans are courageous enough to put politics aside and push it through.
