Three El-Cap deaths in about a three-week period.

It looks like another climber was killed on El Cap very recently. If so, that would be the third in less than a month. It appears all three involved rock-fall incidents. Does anyone know what happened in the first incident? The most recent apparently involved a 1x2' rock falling about 150', striking and killing a climber. The incident previous involved a large block on Muir chopping the lead line, sending the climber to the end of his haul line. But shortly before that incident apparently there was another death that involved some type of rock fall. Does anyone know the specifics?
