So I am working for YMCA of the Rockies this summer and a few people wanted to go climbing, but I don't know the area to well. We are in Granby, CO, and I would love to take them on an easy approach with easy climbing( 5.5-5.9) crag close by.
Anyone have any recommendations on where to go?

Ice4life, there are some maybe-not-so easy access crags in the Hurd Basin near Fraser. Click here for a page on MP.com. There are some TRs. There are some leads. Dave Clark 5.10 may be another resource. He knows that area fairly well. There is a guidebook, Fraser Valley Climbs, with 50 routes in the 5.6-5.12 rangeby Jim Shaw's available for $11 in Fraser on Main Street. I'm told there are other crags in the area, perhaps near the ski resort.
Yeah check out Icebox Mt Sports for that guidebook. It has Hurd Creek and one or two other small crags nearby listed in there. Next closest is Empire as far as I know- also listed on MP if you do a search for Empire.
