Boulder Room to Rent

I am leaving to climb in Baffin Island next month (July-August) and have a room to rent. I live with two other climbers (and two of my closest friends) who are working professionals. We are all in our early 30s and have a chill space. The place is in North/Northeast Boulder (near movement). Address: 3143 Bell Dr.

My room is basic and has no proper bed. I sleep on foam pads. The place has a back porch, three bathrooms, a dog, awesome kitchen and is close to the highway and bike paths.

Rent is $550/month ($140 week) with everything included. You could rent it for a week or preferably for the entire time I am gone. There would be the potential to take over my lease if it worked out on all accounts.
