The Access Fund is looking for a data geek! The Membership/Database Administrator is a whiz at managing the Access Fundís membership & donor database. This position is part of the Development Team and will be the Access Fundís in-house database expert, playing an integral role in driving membership growth and donor retention through effective database management and reporting. The ideal candidate will be outcome-oriented, solution-focused, and able to identify and personally implement process and technology improvements and opportunities. Day-to-day duties include: 1) database and administrative management of the membership program; 2) general database management, reporting, and support.
