We were pretty confused about how the IFSC World Cup competition series worked, so we did our best to decipher their 97 page handbook. Here's what we came up with:

Instead of rolling pin, you should use your hands. It's a great way to train your fingers. It's easier on the skins as well. If you are training for endurance, just make a big flat bread that feeds a family of 10. If you training for power, you just 4x4 that shit. Since you want to be elite, you have to lost some weight, so give the flatbread to the shelters, good karma. What do you think?
