5.12 slab is ungodly hard...
Not saying this isn't but if you haven't done much slab, then it's unlikey you're getting up 5.12 slab as your intro to slabs.

Go try the 5.11s, like the Calf, etc.. on the Apron and you'll see what I'm talking about.

35 years of putting up slab routes and hard ones at that. Pretty sure I have only ever put up 3 or 4 that were 5.12. These kids that are showing up are doing amazing things Paul. The amazing kids are starting to show up from the gym and this kid might be one. He has a 13c ticked. Not sure if he redpointed it but I assume he did. Either way its cool he is even on a slab.

I'm on sure if I'm accurate on the grade, seeing how I don't climb slab, but it really is hard so if you try it let me know your opinion
