I currently use the b360a for a big wall/trad harness. Looking into a more comfortable option and I'm liking the BD Big Gun. Anyone have any experience with one or both, or any other big wall they like?

The big gun is sweet but the hammer holster goes right under a gear loop. The upper gear loops are pretty much useless but if you are rocking a double gear sling (go fish, half the price of Yates) it's no big deal. so far I'm just keeping my belay device/ anchor stuff on my harness. Nothing I need mid-pitch.

I love my Big Gun Harness and would highly recommend it. It carries all my cams and gear so I can hike into the climb wearing it and the majority of the weight hangs on my hips instead of my shoulders. The extra gear loops are extremely handy. The hammer loop is removable and since I don't use a hammer took it off. The harness is tremendously comfortable. It is comfortable even when stuck belaying a struggling climber from a hanging belay. I won't buy another harness.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
