I've just moved to Tucson for the UK for work (I'm actually Irish, not British). I'll be here for 3 months, have brought rack and rope and am psyched to use 'em.
I've no profile on the site as I'm not from round these parts, but I've been climbing for 5 years. Grade wise, I'm still getting the hang of the grades here, but I think I climb 5.9/10 trad and 5.10/11 sport. Happy to follow harder, easier or whatever, would just be happy to get on the rock. I'm normally free evenings and weekends.
Pm me if you want to meet up.

Tim, Tucson has a very friendly climbing scene. On weekends from 8;00 to 9:00 AM you can usually just show up at LeBuzz, a coffee shop in the shopping mall at the NE corner of Tanque Verde and Catalina Highway, and walk about the parking lot. The climbers are easy to spot. Mt. Lemmon is mostly cragging so a rope of three is not a big deal.
There is also Tucson Rock Climbers ( meetup.com/rockclimbing-151/). I have seen a lot of climbers come out to a few of our meetups and meet some climbers to exchange numbers with. We normally have a group climb every weekend and the next one is this Sunday.
