I was wondering what you guys think about using my retired dynamic rope to use to make anchors with for a slackline set up or will it stretch to much?

i would use it for "terry backup loops" to backup a static sliding x

I would use it to tie down stuff on your rig's roof. Or a tire swing.

I personally use old climbing rope for my slack anchor. It woks well for me since I normally just set up slacklines under 50 feet with 5 biners, so a longer line with pulleys could be problematic. Also, I hope it goes without saying that you shouldn't use retired anything for high line anchors

I will admit to being a slackline newbie, but I had trouble getting even static rope to work well without stretching. I switched to webbing for the anchors, too. So at least for me, I wouldn't even consider dynamic rope.

disclaimer: I'm a mediocre climber and a crappy slackliner, so my lines are about 30' long and kept tight.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
