Any of you Logan kids know if Last Chance is still in?

Went down to Maple today.

Running Man is a little punchy at the bottom but in good shape overall:

The two climbs to the left of Running Man are thin, but climbable with a few easy mixed moves at the bottom.

The Dagger is in good shape:

Maple Syrup is in pretty good shape. Thin and terrifying at the top, but I'm guessing that's pretty standard. Much steeper than it looks (also standard).

I didn't bring my big boy pants and french freed up about 15 feet through the chandeliers.

The bottom is gone so you get to scratch some cobbles on the way up. Clocks in at WI5 M3 A0 the way I climbed it!

Maple Syrup

No pictures of Cobble Cruncher but the last 5 feet melted off soit would be a dry finish.

Couldn't resist adding a recent picture of the Dirtcicle from the last day of April, 2013.

Looks good! Who wants to make a drive down there?

It's solid enough to hold screws, but not tall enough to need them! :)

I was up Tanner's Gulch today and saw remnants of some ice lines. Anyone heard of people climbing up there?

Also does anyone know if the waterfalls up Battle Creek freeze up thick enough for decent climbing? (I know these are off-season questions, just am curious.)

There are a couple lines in battle creek that freeze, they're kind of inconsistent though. The actual battle creek falls had a tube freeze around it this year but not nearly thick enough to climb.

Yes, some lines occasionally form in Battle Creek. I think they're in the Ice Climbing Utah book, but I don't have it handy. I wonder if anything ever freezes in Grove Creek--I don't recall if I've been up there during a cold snap.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
