Circuit PDX/Smith Muira accidental swap

My fiancé opened her climbing bag this weekend at smith only to realize her muira VS were a whopping size 44, as opposed to her normal size 40. It seems as though there has been an accidental swap. Does anyone who climbs at smith or the circuit in Portland (northeast) happen to have a pair of muira VS that are way too small for them? |

Have you called the Circuit to ask if anyone has reported a problem with their shoes shrinking? |
