Craghoppers Men's Kaito

Anyone ever hear of Craghoppers or know anything about this jacket? Clymb has it on sale. It looks nice, but I never heard of the brand? Quality or not?

I've read mixed reviews of the quality of Craghopper stuff. They are the manufacturer behind Bear Gryllis' label of outdoor clothes. I don't have any first hand experience though.

As for the jacket, it says it's 500+ down fill. That seems par for the course for an 80 dollar down jacket from Cabelas and the like.

If you look at $100 discount jackets, you can find 800 fill jackets though. They come up often on Steep and Cheap and the Clymb. If it were me, I'd spend the extra 20 for a name I know and the higher fill power.

But if the style of the jacket suits you, I don't think it'll really be too bad.
