"Black Gold" now has a more direct start. Right where the blue rope, on the left, is hanging. No need to climb that crumbly face and onto that large loose block. The direct start is much better.

I led this yesterday, not thinking the direct start looked possible for me. I pulled a not-so-nimble move off that crumbly face and fell after clipping the first bolt; luckily Tony B caught me in time! I also french-clipped, so I blew the onsight. I will try the direct start next time (if I'm feeling really brave). Thanks for the beta and the fun route!
