Black screamer?

I recently purchased what was advertised as a new standard screamer. When it arrived it was black in color. I haven't seen pictures of a black screamer anywhere. Can anyone tell me how old it might be?

My only guess is it may be a Yates Aid Scream, they were black once upon a time.
