There is a bolt in the pic but no drill. How is this the first ascent?

I thought this looked like a route Sean Coburn had posted a picture of in the past. Maybe the FAers listed need to contact him to be sure...I think his new guide to the Bald should be out soon too and it should have a lot more than the Selected Climbs.
