Ice climbing in Clifton, ME?

There any ice climbing in these parts?

Sorry about the late response. Yes, there is. Ask at Alpenglow, they may still have a copy of a Clifton Ice Climbing... thing (book seems a bit strong for it) that I saw making it's way around the UMaine campus back in '02 or '03.

I've been climbing in clifton for a while now and I haven't herd of any kind of guide for clifton ice climbing. There is a small cliff right in Bangor that is good to run laps on. Never herd of any real routes in Clifton.

Downtown Bangor has a small area thats good for running laps, but I would head to Alpenglow to ask about clifton. The owner of the company wrote the guidebook for the area so if there's ice to be climbed he would know about it.
