Why is there no section posted on bouldering near Sonora, CA/Columbia College?

These are only guesses....

1. It would take a small server farm to include every obscure and semi-obscure crag and bouldering area in CA.

2. Most people don't mess with local choss piles (much) once they are exposed to the Sierra

Suggestion: You could put one up but it might piss some people off

It doesn't sound like you've been to the limestone/marble in Columbia. They are, to my knowledge unique both in that region of the Western Sierra and in Northern California. The rock is exceptionally solid and aesthetic, making for weird, techincal and mindbending bouldering. Then again maybe you have been to the area and hated it. Either way, it deserves a spot among regional climbing destinations in Central/Northern CA.
As to why its not up on here, you might ask Dean Fleming, the guidebook author and all around go-to for questions on bouldering in the region.

Going to have to agree with afield.. the columbia college boulders are beautiful and very unique to CA with a high concentration of high quality difficult and moderate climbs. I was wonder why the haven't been posted myself.. Perhaps bergbryce has climbed everything there already.. which would make him much stronger than ethan pringle and/or daniel woods, who have both put up many first ascents there.. and who both still have projects there..

Excuse my ignorance. I boulder at about v0 so mindbendingly difficult problems aren't my thing.

Sonora is some good bouldering. Very unique rock in texture and appearance. Good cracks and edges as well as a naturally polished feel. I climbed there in the middle of the summer so friction was non existent but the poison oak was very much existent and made accessing many areas impossible.

because no one has taken the time to post anything for that area.

there is a website and guidebook for the area

not choss, super fun and lots of friction when not hot

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
