Patagonia Micro Puff Hoody vs Arctyrex Atom LT Hoody

I used to work at a ski store and I worked with a lot of apparel. I recommend the Arcteryx Atom over the micropuff, mainly because the Atom doesn't shed down feathers like Patagonia products do.

Patagonia has a great track record for being sustainable and it's a great company to support. Overall, however, I recommend and rely on Arcteryx.

Upside of the Patagonia designs though: I think they look better on bustier women and have a greater fit for women in general. That's my honest opinion, however!

Very true Jeni. That's why I keep buying Patagonia for my wife.

Funny when mentioning Ethics in regards to Arc'teryx because they have a very questionable stance on their process of recycling, and in many ways Patagonia is much more of a respectable company in terms of ethics and what yvonne chaunard stands for.

Both are far better than leading brands however (i.e. Adidas, Nike, etc)
Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
