apples and oranges. Reimers has lots of well-bolted sport routes in the 5.8-5.12 range and is very user-friendly. Erock has some runout old school bolted slabs, a few moderate cracks, and hard bouldering. I'd go to Reimers.

Reimers was the first place I ever climbed. Enchanted was the second... I was terrified at Enchanted Rock (I didn't yet understand that a face having bolts don't necessarily constitute a "sport" climb, it was a bit runout) but had a blast at Reimers Ranch... If that helps at all. Enjoy!

So I'll admit that I haven't been to either place in more than 5 years, but I always liked E-rock better. Reimers is good if you want to climb alot of short routes and be around alot of other people.

E-rock is good if you want to feel more like you're away from it all and enjoy the outdoors and have some good adventures while climbing.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
