Lost ski off roof rack I-70 near Dumont(?) on Sat 12/15/12

Lost 1 K2 Coomback w/ skin attached off my Xterra when son forgot to close ski rack. Saturday 12/15 about 9:30 AM west bound somwhere between Idaho Springs and Empire exit. No remnants spotted along the roadway upon back tracking.

Yeah, sorry man. Unless your son was driving, and you were asleep, that's on you too.
But don't worry about it. I've lost a pair of skis that way. Popped the rack open for a predawn pickup, but then my friend decided to throw his snowboard in the back of my hatch, and in that can-barely-keep-my-eyes-open moment I totally forgot about the rack.
That's what Craigslist is for.

I drove to denver yesturday and I didnt see a ski but i wasn't looking for one. I go back and forth about three times a week i'll keep an eye out
