If you're looking for value (I hesitate to use cheap since its a honeymoon, but in effect it is) Tucson is a viable option. Mt. Lemmon has close to 2,000 routes, with most along the highway bolted and extremely easy to access. It is definitely a 10+ mountain and a a large amount are above 7000 feet, so summer temps stay in the 80s.

Since you're from the Southwest, you know how snowbirds flock in the winter but migrate in the summer leaving behind their beloved B&Bs at cut rate prices. There's plenty of stuff to do on down days, dude ranches, jeep tours, side trips to Sedona and Cottonwood wine country blah bleh bluh. Even if its not honeymoon central, you're right down the road, so extended weekend trips are always there. (Oh, and there's plenty of beach here, just not much ocean).

If you can splurge for the airfare (it is a honeymoon after all), how about Thailand? Railay and Tonsai are mobbed, but the surroundings really are beautiful, and the whole rest day thing is perfect-- inexpensive beachfront hotels with endless supplies of fruity drinks and Thai foot massage. Only problem is you probably don't want to go in July; more like February. So, go to Lake Louise this coming summer for a mini-moon and then plan a winter trip to Thailand. In fact, scheduling a honeymoon about every six months would be a pretty great way to maintain a healthy marriage, if not a healthy bank account...

Go to Thailand.
I went there for Honeymoon during off season and it was my best VACATION ever.
Or you can come to Czech republic. Great sandstone(trad and sport) climbing and its cheap to stay. June, July August are the best moth here.

I was going to suggest Cayman Brac, climbcaymanbrac.com, but in July? No. And neither Puerto Rico, unless you really like to sweat. Maybe delay the honeymoon? A tropical island is SO much better in the winter.

There's always Mexico. You could spend a week in the Potrero Chico climbing long multi-pitch bolted routes and a week at one of Mexico's great beach resorts, exploring Mayan ruins etc.

Like others have mentioned, the Canadian Rockies are awesome in mid-summer and there is fantastic sport climbing there.

I don't know why people are telling you to go to Rumney, The Red, The New or St George....those are probably the worst places you would want to go for climbing in July, you'll be miserable. Head west (the further north, the better) or to Europe. That's it.

Over half of the places mentioned will be terrible in July. I don't need to tell you which ones. Unfortunately, many of the best sport climbing areas are terrible in July. Even if you travel south of the equator, it's the middle of winter.

I would recommend looking into Tenerife in the Canary Islands. It is known for its amazing weather year round. The average high for July is 77, the average low is 64, and it won't rain a drop. Plenty of climbing at your grade, and plenty of things to do. You can ride horses on beautiful beaches and hike to the highest point in Spain. It's also relatively cheap, although July is tourist season.

Your wife will love it.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
