Whats similar to 5.10 VMiles?
|
I had a pair of 5.10 VMiles which were stolen last weekend in Vegas. (Actually all my climbing gear was stolen.) I tend to climb longer trad routes and loved the VMiles. They were easy to put on and take off; could hike short approaches or decents in comfort; and could accomplish a wide variety of climbing with precision and comfort. Ive climbed with Anasazi VCSs and Mocs in the gym. |

Wonder if your gear could have ended up here: |

Jon Chiappa wrote: Any recommendations would be extremely helpful since the VMiles are no longer available.Seriously? WTF? First they got rid of the Ascents (which I still use and love), replaced them with the VMiles, and now they're discountinuing those? That's lame. I'm also curious to see if there's a replacement. Did you holler at FiveTen and inquire? |

Thank you FrankPS! I had forgotten there was a lost and found forum. The first link was a post to my gear! I'm unbelievably grateful. |

I'm all about happy endings. Glad it worked out for you, Jon. |

I'd still like to know if anyone has an idea for a similar shoe to the vmile. |
|
five ten still has a size 5, and 7.5 in stock for 90 on their website...this probably doesnt help anybody, but just thought i'd throw it out there in case it does! |

5.10 vmiles were my favorite shoes for quite some time until I found something that fit my foot even better. I have several pairs 9.5-10 sitting in my closet including a brand new size 10. I will sell if you want them. |
