Have climbed Moby Grape and WGR several years ago, but it was in September. Am going to be up in the area Nov 3-4 and wondering what the typical weather pattern is and if it's generally worth planning a return up Moby Grape that late in the season. Not equipped for ice and prefer to avoid frostbitten fingers!

If it is typically okay weather and anyone's interested in swapping leads, drop me a message.

Statistically on that date it will be wet with some ice. Statistically on that date the Black Dike will have seen some ascents. Realistically there are such wide variances in the weather that there is no way of accurately forecasting. The conditions today - 2-3 weeks before you are going - have no bearing.

Thanks for the info - looks like there's a fair probability winter will have shown it's icy face up high by then!
