I'm not sure if this has been covered in the forums and I'm too lazy to go searching through all the threads.

I need some suggestions for training m.r. and p.e. when I can't get outside or to the gym. I have a nice hangboard set-up and plenty of weights to work with.

I'm all ears kids.

This has been covered extensively in the forums but... you want everyone to re-type everything they wrote before? I see.

Usually I'd help you, but when you blatantly say in your first post that you're simply too lazy to search for it?

Okay, I've got through the training forum mutiple times. Brent Apgar was the only one to actually post an alternative to the campus board and bouldering. With my current schedule and monetary situation, neither the gym or bouldering is an option. So what does everybody else have for me? There are so many different exercise to do on the campus board which I believe attack m.r. differently. Where as Mr. Apgar's method doing heavily weighted hangs, regard less of how many sets I do, still only approach m.r. in one manner. So, please suggestions.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
