Sorry you can't come up with an original thread discussion that elicits humorous replies. I think the only one that is "butt-hurt" is you, since you had to qualify your thread in your last reply. Thanks for contributing to the quality of mp.

Someone who insists on following strange rules while in a natural setting (or at least insists on his partner following said rules).

By continually responding to posts you decry as a waste of time you are not only showing your hypocrisy but are demonstrating your insanity as well.

“Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.”

If you don't like the coal don't pick it up, that seems a simple enough analogy for someone struggling on this subject.

No anger here and I never said it was a waste of my time in any of the previous posts.

This thread only leads to negativity on this site, which is one reason rc is such an awful site. Like I paraphrased in my first post, this thread like the others before on the same topic only lead to alienating some group of people that elitist feel are not "climbers" all for your and their entertainment.

This thread would be dead by now if you could just resist posting but you can't. That is not my fault or my problem, it is yours. Stop complaining or stop posting, it really is your choice. We all have different preference of what we want in a forum. Thinking your whining will affect my behavior is egotistical and absurd.

And so far this thread is not what you claim it to be. People are posting amusing quips and enjoying themselves. The only two elitists who have been trying to turn this thread into a flame fest at the expense of others is you and old Custer. Get over yourselves boys.

"The best climber in the world is the one having the most fun!"

Alex Lowe knew something about climbing.

I see you are making good use of the edit function on your previous posts. I guess it makes it seem less like an exercise on ego stroking than before. BTW, good choice on your first thread.

According to the local news reports anybody who gets lost in the mountains is a 'climber' ... so ... go get lost in the mountains!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
