That is the the message that I started with ....but I found the ascender and the Petzl Traxion to being less cumbersome and I don't have to feed any rope through the GriGri anymore or tie back up knots as well....both the ascender and the Traxion side up the rope freely without me even having to touch them....thus making me have both hands free to run laps on my route unrestricted!
