The bugs haven't been as bad in North Conway recently but I am wondering how they now are at Pawtuckaway as I am thinking of heading there this weekend? Any horror stories?

I was there last Sunday. Before 5, Lower Slab and Trailside were completely bug-free. Boulder Natural, Lakeside, and the walk out were pretty bad, but it was also getting closer to sunset and temps were coming down.

Climbed in the Boulder Natural area Wednesday late afternoon till about 6:30. A few bugs with a light cover of Deet I didn't get a single bit.
