I believe Pat Ament once did a book of sketches, drawings of climbing related scenes. Old out of print Off Belay magazine used to have hand drawn cover art at times, plus submissions to the mag.from climbers.

And here's a pin in Macedonia paying tribute to some fallen climbers... hard to tell from the picture, but the piton is probably 10 feet long, and a shorter person could easily stand inside the beaner.
