Next time you see J. Albers at the gym, do the "I have my eyes on you" motion. Now that you have his attention, slowly walk over to the pullup bar and do a one arm pullup while shaking your head at him. Trolling is what Old Mustard does when he is at the gym doing shirtless one arm pull-ups, while drinking a beer and grunting (if his profile pic is any indication, I'm pretty sure he can still belay "safely" while doing so). I hear it really riles up the ladies.
