Description Suggest change

Midsummer Wall lies on the southwest side of Box Canyon and faces northeast. As you look at the wall, its right end lies below Hassler’s Hatbox and its left end is below the tableland that is atop the climbs in the Fall Wall Area. It’s heavily forested for Vedauwoo and holds snow late in the year. We called it The Midsummer Wall as that’s the best time to climb there. There are two established routes on the wall although other routes may have been climbed.

Getting There Suggest change

Walk into the Box Canyon. After a hundred or so yards, the top of a right-curving crack is visible about half way up the Wall (see the Beta Photograph). That crack is The Shortest Night.
